About Me
A lifelong Alaskan, (actually my parents brought me here when I was a year old), I love the state. I live in Palmer and have made my living as a Realtor in the Palmer and Wasilla area since 1991. My brother Jay has worked with me since 1996.

We enjoy helping people in the Mat-Su Valley with all their real estate needs. Give me a call on my cell phone at 907 232-7900.

The biggest single online source for business is an active blog. But that takes time. I try to make at least 3 entries a week, all self-generated. Usually I accomplish that.

It has increased over the year until that is at least 30% of my business now.

I do have a couple widgets on there, but they do not generate traffic. - Fri Mar 28 2008, 08:47

Like Chris said. In a buyer's market, there aren't many buyers. So the few buyers that are out there call the shots. The sellers have to compete for the few buyers.

Many people with condos for sale have no showings at all. - Tue Mar 25 2008, 17:38

Stacie and Ben are right on. They are right about the blog as well. If I knew more about computers I would have set up my own blog on wordpress. Instead, I signed up with the real estate tomato who hosts my wordpress blog. It has become my website really, everything else is along for the ride.

It has vaulted my website from 3-4 pages back to number 2 or 3 on the first page of google. It's work though. - Tue Mar 25 2008, 17:16

I mentioned Richardson Equities in a previous answer...I have since found that it would be a VERY BAD IDEA to use them.

Make sure you check things out very thoroughly before entering into this type of arrangement. - Thu Jan 3 2008, 19:31
There are investors who do this. You can probably google some up. I think Richardson Equities is one in Oregon.

I think you need to ask yourself why you want to do this. It should be a very good reason because you probably would be better off renting now until your credit is better and then buying at that time. - Sun Dec 16 2007, 00:37
