Sorry to say but If the subject transaction will be non-owner then we do not have any options for this, the project would have to be at least 51% owner occupied to qualify.
But if it will be owner occupied with an ltv of 80% or less, a loan amount of 417k or less, its an established project with no pending litigation and DU findings allow for a limited review then this is doable as owner occupancy requirements are then waived.
