As it says in the Trulia details, it sold for $391,000 and closing is 12/9/09.
I hope you were not misled by the $157,000 figure. Many times, mostly by RealtyTrac, the "list price" is not correct. Instead, it is the amount of one of (perhaps) two or more mortgages on the home. My friend and fellow Windermere agent Carl Medford has written a thorough explanation which is posted on his blog at
