Just got answers from the agents and found out that it is on the market strictly for sale. I did do a further search and found that 3 Harbor Watch Drive has a unit on the rental market. There are 30 condo units in that area of Chesapeake that are on the market for rent, and that is just condos. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Some people do take listings off the market to rent until a sale can be made. Getting some money in is better than getting nothing. That is always a question that can be asked of the listing agent, especially if their company does property management. Please contact me if you would like me to find out. Michelle: I cant guarantee you that you would have a LOT of equity in 5 years, that is always a gamble, but if you rent, you would have NONE. My husband and I are both Navy and we waited 9 years here and regret it all the time. We are finally building our own home.
