Testimonials
""I wholeheartedly recomment Carl Fuller who has been my Agent since 2003. I have purchased 4 properties in that time and he exemplified honesty, trustworthiness and has always performed as promised, even giving advice that was inimical to his own interest.""
Louis Nardozi
""Without reservation, I would recommend Carl Fuller to anyone requiring the services of an honest, hard-working professional Realtor. My house sold within 2 months in a very difficult market which included 2 other homes on the same block. I know my success was due to the outstanding and professional efforts of Mr. Fuller.""

Hi Casey,

While having only 1 full bath can present a challenge when marketing and selling a home, I have several suggestions that can make it more palatable. If you are not currently working with a Real Estate Agent I would be happy to assist you. Please email me at: fullercarl2@cox.net or call me at 757 560-4213. - Tue Nov 11 2008, 10:55

We military and moving to VA Beach. Should we buy or rent?

Carl Fuller answered:
Hi Michelle,

Definately purchase a home. Historically, property values increase over time. Currently we are experiencing a much needed "market self correction" since lots of homes sold for more than they were worth during the sellers market we experienced just before this current market. Within 6-18 months, the national housing market should begin to "heal". - Tue Aug 26 2008, 07:39
Carl Fuller answered:
Hi Kellie, Yes you should ask ask the seller to pay for the repairs. The seller may even be contractually obligated to pay for the repairs depending on if a home inspection was requested, etc. Please call me with more information to get a more specific answer. 757 560-4213. - Tue Aug 19 2008, 09:22
