There are several sites that you can list your home on. For Sale By Owner is only one of many. You can also use Trulia of course, eBay, MilitaryForSaleBy Owner, Craig's List just to name a few. I even put my listings on the St. Joseph site and also on MySpace! : ) If you would like the links just email me. You are in a beautiful area! How much are you asking for your home? No NO NOO!! You are never to young to invest in real estate! The mortgage lenders have tightened up a bit but you should be fine. And if you are in the military, you don't need a down payment! Use your VA.
