Steve was born and raised in the Hampton Roads area, he also is very active in the local music community.

Ann has been in the Hampton Roads area for over 25 years. how soon is an agent required to put a MLS home on the market? IT seems when I find a house, it already has

In our MLS we are required to submit a copy of the listing agreement to our mls within 2 days of the listing date. My suggestion would be to hire a buyers agent who can assist you in calling, locating and advising you of new listings. In our area they cost the buyer nothing, the seller will be responsible for paying the buyers agent a commission.
