About Me
Hey there. I'm not your typical Realtor. I know...they all say that. I'll be honest...I want your business. If you're looking for a home, I'll do everything in my power to get you what you want at the best terms and conditions possible (this includes sales, as well as rentals). And if you're selling, I'll put 110% into selling your home. I do direct mail. Internet advertising. Print advertising. I'll walk door-to-door to get in front of prospective buyers and pick up the phone to find your buyer! So give me a call: 703.969.9213. You won't be disappointed.

Hi Poonam,

I'll be happy to help you find something that meets your needs. The best website to search for listings is http://www.homesdatabase.com. This is the public face of the local MLS. If you have any questions about anything that you find here, call or e-mail me and I'll be happy to work with you and answer any questions you might have.

Cheers,

HI Ed,

The only way to know for sure is to throw out an offer. Also, look at what other homes have sold for in the subdivision. If you have an agent already, they can do this for you. If you don't have an agent yet, contact me and I'll be happy to do it for you.

Hi David,

First, search the local MLS using http://www.HomesDatabase.com. This is the public face of the local MLS and has everything that's available on the market. If you're having reservations about purchasing right now, you can always rent for a while until you've lived in and become familiar with the area. I do sales as well as rentals, and will be happy to help you no matter what you decide to do.

If there's anything else I can do to help, please just let me know. Drop me a line at TinyVarner@gmail.com, and I'll be happy to answer any questions or help out however I can.

Cheers,

Hi Jeff,

First, speak to a lender. You must find out your buying power before you even start looking. You can get a no-cost, no-obligation pre-approval from the VanZandt Group with Prosperity Mortgage. They are wonderful to work with and are great at figuring out which loan program will best suit your needs. Thier website is http://www.TheVZGroup.com.

Also, you do NOT have to be a veteran to qualify for an FHA loan. Again, Prosperity will be able to help you figure out what is best for your circumstances.

Once you've determined your buying power, search the local MLS at http://www.HomesDatabase.com. If you have any questions about what you find there, or if there's anything else I can do to help, please just let me know. I'm happy to help however I'm able! - Mon Aug 11 2008, 12:22

Tim,

Are you still in the market? The prices in Takoma Park and other close-in communities have held up very well in our area. We have a strong market here.

If you're still looking and need some help, just let me know if there's anything I can do. I've help people move here from all over the country, and I'd love to make this transition a little bit easier for you. If you visit my web page listed below, you can browse the local listings and get info on local mortgage professionals, schools, etc.

Good luck, and just let me know if I can help! - Mon Aug 11 2008, 12:13
