The Antilles is a beautiful community with quality homes and a first-class clubhouse and amenities. The Antilles Auction will be a great opportunity to purchase a home in this exotic tropical setting. Prices have also dropped on the barrier island, I have seen some great prices there. It comes down to preference and lifestyle! I agree with you that you should purchase what you like.... There are various communities within Grand Harbor that offer Condominiums and Townhomes. HOA fees vary by the communites and range from $1,600 to $2,600 per quarter.

Membership to the Spectacular Beach Club, Clubhouse, Golf, Fitness and Tennis Facilities is available at several levels. The Golf & Tennis membership is $45,000 with annual dues of $4,178. The Social Membership is $12,500 with annual dues of $2,016 and does allow several Golf & Tennis days. They are equity memberships and if you will contact me I can provide you with all the levels and fees.

We are also being called the "Hampton's of South Florida", where many of our current buyers are coming from. Oak-canopied streets, pristine beautiful Barrier Island beaches, unique cultural community amenities such as the world class Vero Beach Museum or Art and The Riverside Theater, numerous fine restaurants and golf courses. Vero Beach is sophisticated with a small town atmosphere. Quality of life is good here.
