Walter Salamon answered:
There are Gated Communities in Vero Beach and many are upscale older money locations. Most of the Planned communities are full of what most people would like, as an example Club house and pool, some with Golf, others with boating. The norm here is that the neighbourhoods are built with people in mind, most look after their own lawns or at least the landscaping, most are freindly and relaxed. Traffic is not bad with wide Main arteries and congestion is minimal. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
Walter Salamon answered:
The market in and around Fort Pierce is actually good. The homes can be had at resonable prices and typically stay on the market about 6-9 months, depending on the area. If you are looking for a family home this market area has many great values available. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
