Pretty much anytime is a good time to buy if you're renting. True, prices could drop some, but increase in interest rates will increase your costs a lot more thans decrease in costs will save you. Forclosed property is lender (bank) owned property. They normally have real estate agents represent their REO (real estate owned). Many peeople believe these properties are are cheaper. Maybe, but you take your deal where you find it. - Tue Apr 22 2008, 22:22
