I think if you find a home purchase it! If you are planning on being there for a few years you will have built in equity anway. no one has a crystal ball. A house should be considered a home, before an investment. Many people are under the impression that prises are just going to keep falling... they may, but what happens when the interest rate goes up?? you start to chase the market..
