Hope you are learning lots from your question, as us Realtors compete for your business. Keep in mind some first time home buyer programs have some catches to them that can cost you up to 50% of your equity upon sale, so make sure you get all the details. However, they can be a great aid for first time homebuyers too.
I will tell you the pros and cons of a property, not just the pros, for it is crucial my clients are truly informed about a property and not pushed into a deal that benefits others, rather than the client.
