I am a Realtor in the Santa Clarita Valley and a 25 year resident. I have been licensed since1999 and primarily work as a Buyer's Agent as well as listing homes for sale. The Santa Clarita Valley has changed so much in the past ten years. We've seen tremendous growth in Valencia and Stevenson Ranch as well as Saugus and Canyon Country. Newhall has remained relatively unchanged with the exception of a few pocket neighborhoods that share the Newhall zip code but are bordered by Valencia, Stevenson Ranch and Canyon Country.

I began my real estate career at the tail end of the 90's meltdown. I watched property values soar and then fall again within a relatively short period of time. I watch the market daily as this is my full time job and am very in tune with what is going on here. I can spot a great deal immediately for my buyers as well as knowing when a property is grossly over priced.
