The housing market seems to stay stable. No major changes in the market. The builders took a slap in the face for a while, but they soon recoverd fast. Still a great time to buy and sell. Families are coming in to Moody and others are upgrading or downgrading. We have not been hit like some of the bigger cities. Give me a call today if you are still looking to buy.
