Also sounds as if you're phishing instead of trying to offer value to other real estate professionals as well as buyers and sellers. This site is designed to allow you to offer sound advice to people in need, be that buyers, sellers of agents to agents. If your advice is good enough then perhaps someone will contact you to do some business.

1. Complete your profile
2. Add a picture
3. Start answering questions
4. Demonstrate that you offer a valuable resource to others
5. Then anticipate some business coming your way.
