"This is a letter of appreciation for the assistance that Leonard Klein gave us during the recent sale of our Upper Montclair home.Our home was in a good location as well and in quite good condition but we were concerned that the “slow” real estate market would adversely affect its sale. Although we were a little hesitant about the strategy, Mr. Klein assured us that—if we followed his recommendation—we would receive a fair price for the property.
