How much does it cost to install central air?

Diane Wheatley answered:
It all depends upon what manufacturer you choose, size, size of the home, etc. If you are thinking about replacing both the condenser usually located outside and the blower or furnace usually located inside then you could expect to pay approx. $3500. - $5000. for a 4-5 ton system. If your home needs to be ducted then of course that will add to your cost. Check with a local A/C contractor for more specific pricing. Good luck! - Mon May 12 2008, 18:53
Diane Wheatley answered:
In a sense all the affiliated services associated with a real estate transaction have been affected somewhat by the economic slowdown. Less homes selling mean less title insurance policies issued. So I would say that volume has been impacted, service and pricing has not. - Mon May 12 2008, 18:49

what if the house appraises higher than my offer?

Diane Wheatley answered:
Then think of it as hitting a jackpot! Built in equity right from the start. Good for you! - Mon May 12 2008, 18:47

how do you do a 360 video of a property?

Diane Wheatley answered:
I prepare these videos for agents all over the U.S. by simply receiving approx. 15 still images from the Realtor/Seller via an ftp path. Affordabe and quick turn around. FYI
