Get to Know Blaison
Blaison Samuel is a trailblazer. From climbing the corporate ladder as a software developer to competing for a national championship in Tae Kwon Do to helping people make the most of their investments in the Tri-City area, Blaison has been "blazing trails" all of his life.
Success in Any Language
Born in Bombay and raised in New Delhi, India, Blaison grew up learning several languages and is fluent in Hindi, Malayalam and English. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Delhi University, Blaison forged a successful career in the IT industry where he also taught many IT training courses on the side. But the qualities that tend to strike you first about this "Techie" who's also fluent in many computer languages, are his warm smile and friendly nature. Had you known about his extensive background as a software developer, you might have anticipated a different demeanor, more in line with the analytical stereotypes that often accompany programmers. While Blaison's computer savvy took him across the globe and eventually landed him in the Bay area, truth be told, he'd rather spend his time meeting people. While he enjoyed much success in the IT sector, he discovered what really motivated him was developing relationships with people.
On the Move
If you want to see Blaison's eyes light up, just mention anything related to sports and fitness. In India, he played cricket and a variety of varsity sports, and today, he continues to push himself athletically, has become known among his friends as a "nutrition guru." By working out routinely at his gym and playing volleyball on the weekends, Blaison finds exercising a great way to relax and relieve stress. "I'm a firm believer in the body fueling the mind," he says. He earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do at the age of 16 and continues to practice the martial arts and yoga in order to hone his mental stamina, recharge his batteries and achieve a sense of clarity in his busy life. He and his wife, Pamela, also enjoy watching movies and taking walks through their neighborhood.
Seizing the Day
Blaison's trademark "trailblazing" drive to get the absolute most out of every single day is perhaps best demonstrated in his dynamic career as a RealtorĀ®. And the self-discipline, dedication and work ethic he used to propel himself to the peak of success in the IT industry and in competitive Tae Kwon Do, are the very same qualities that have allowed him to become one of the most respected real estate agents in the Tri-City area.
The Perfect Combination
True to his nature, he's always on the go and making things happen for his clients when it comes to their important investments. When you work with Blaison, you can always be rest assured that he's up to the task at hand. He draws from a wealth of business knowledge and management experience gleaned from over a decade in the rigorous software industry in order to help his real estate clients achieve their goals. Combine his keen business acumen with his natural positive energy, and you have a powerful advantage on your side. He starts by carefully listening to his clients, then crafts a personalized game plan and focuses all of his drive towards making each move a complete success.
Making In-Roads with Technology
As a former software engineer and web developer, Blaison's passion for helping his clients inspires him to utilize cutting-edge technology in all aspects of his career. Whether he's uploading virtual tour photos to his website or sending emails from a handheld device, he's always finding ways to save his clients time. With a full array of wireless Internet capabilities, Blaison is easily accessible to answer any questions you may have. And with his laptop, he can print MLS listings, complete contracts or do just about anything wherever is most convenient for you.
Blazing Trails in Tri-City Real Estate
If you're considering buying or selling a home in the Tri-City area, call the motivated professional who can't wait to get started on your home sale or purchase. Call the RealtorĀ® who's Blazing Trails in Tri-City Real Estate. That's Blaison Samuel. He's all about making things happen for his clients and he'll make your next move a complete success.

If you house hasn't been foreclosed then the best way to handle is to go for either loan modification(if you have the financial ability and wants to stay in your house) or short sale. I don't think the lender will ask for your foreign account information, they only require information within the US. Please consult with your accountant or real estate attorney for better answer since I'm not an accountant or attorney. If you require a good real estate agent for doing short sale then let me know, I can refer an agent who is expert in short sale.

you need to check with your realtor what he meant by "went inot foreclosure", whether the house got sold in auction or the lender started the process of foreclosure. If it's sold then you are late, need to look for another property and if its not sold and your offer is good offer then the listing agent can submit your offer to the lender and stop or postpone the auction so that the lender can work on your offer. So, check with your agent the status of foreclosure process.

Dear Kasy,
I'm sorry to hear about your foreclosed homes. You are right that if both of your loan was used to purchase your home then they cannot come after for remaining balance. The collection company is trying to make money and most probably the person who is calling dont know anything about california law, ask them to transfer to their supervisor and explain your situation and foreclosure. If they still don't stop calling then you need to consult with a real estate attorney for further actions. I hope they will stop calling so that you can move foreward with your life and towards bright future...good luck.

Stacy,
You are no longer the owner after the sherrif sale which you said was completed on 8/27/08. The bank or whovever bought in the sale will be the new owner, so its their responsibilty to get the insurance because its not your house. Regarding tenants, they already got the notice of foreclosure by lawyer so they had enough time to find a new place, so my assumption is that you are not responsible for tenants relocation. You can check with your lawyer about this, just to make sure if there's anything you have to do further. Good luck! - Fri Oct 17 2008, 09:06
The reason for price going up is most probably when the listing agent submitted an offer which is below market price(sometimes way below the market price offer) and after the bank BPO (Broker Price Opinion) came higher than the offered price, may be the bank asked for higher price so at that time that agent listed at bank's given price. You can always check with the listing agent for this changes, may be its of some other reasons.
There are lots of homes are available so keep checking and work with a realtor to help you to find a home. In California, most of the banks are not accepting 100% financing offers for the bank owned properties. I wish you all the best in finding you a home. - Fri Aug 15 2008, 11:48
