Well it looks like you might have got your answer with the other Realtors and what they said is all true. But one of the nices things about living on Chilton is that everyone in Tyler knows where it is, and in the Spring when the azalea's are blooming it is breath taking and folks from all over the Country come to see them. Neighbors strive to have the best yard and it is fun to be a part of something like that it gets you some great friends. I can and will say that you will love the Tyler area it is not only beautiful but the folks here are great. I hope you choose to come here and live and I hope you call me to help you.
