I work hard to make sure that my clients always have a live person that answers the phone. I stay on top of everything that happens in the market in Minnesota. I bought and sold 177 homes in 2007 which was my best year ever and I will have passed that mark hopefully by the end of June in 2008. I am up almost 100% in 2008. I credit this to hard work,(100 hr/week) loving what I do, and working smart. The fact that I spend 960,000 dollars in 2007 to advertise my sellers homes and make sure that my buyers could get answers within hours if not minutes when also helped. I feel ever one of my sellers pain and make sure that I am doing everything I can to help them. I understand how nervous my buyers are and make sure they have all of the information they need to make a good decision on a good home. My team was number one at Coldwell Banker Burnet in 2003. I know the market and am willing to work hard to help my clients no matter if they are buying or selling 40k or 4mil. Linden Hills is a sought after area and most likely is ranked 1 because of the number of people that are looking in that area. It is situated between three lakes and is one of the best places to hang out during the summer in Minneapolis. Homes normally sell fast and appreciate faster then other area's. Now would be a good time to buy in the area since prices are down. Here is the activity since Jan 1 in the area.

As an experienced agent, I can build custom searches on the REALTOR MLS and get you the listing 0.6 seconds after it goes on the MLS. Hours or days faster then most consumer MLS sites. If this is of interest to you, give me a call. Here is an example in Eden Prairie and Chanhassen today.
