I recommend getting in touch with a good loan officer. My recommendation is always Louise Gray at Bank of America 209-765-0367. I dont get any kind of kick back or bonus points for refering her. All I know is that she is an amazingly hard worker and either qualify you or put you on the path that best fits your situation.
