For Vicki Hibbert, Tulsa is the place where her family put roots long ago, when my great grandfather, Otto Karn, settled in West Tulsa in 1905—two years before Oklahoma become a state. And it’s the place where her Grandpa Sam O’Dell, founded Stanfield and O’Dell, one the regions’ most well respected public accounting firms and one that continues to grow today.
“I truly love Tulsa,” Vicki Says, “ if you live here for any amount of time, you’ll find that Tulsa can wrap its arms around you and give you a real sense of belonging. It’s a great place to be planted and to grow your own life’s story. “
With that kind of history, there’s no doubt: Vicki Knows Tulsa.
She also knows real estate. And she knows that as you put down deeper roots, your needs and your goals may change. Yet there’s one constant.
“Whether you’re buying or selling, you need someone who really knows Tulsa, understands your goals and objectives, and will work to represent your interests alone.”
Vicki gets a real kick out of watching her clients grow. She enjoys making sure that, when selling, they get the most for you investments they’ve make, and when buying, they choose just the right place— a place where they can put down roots and continue to flourish. So, if you’re in the market, be sure you call Vicki Hibbert. Vicki knows Tulsa.
And she knows it’s a great place to put down roots.
"“Vicki made the complex process of buying a house as smooth as it could possibly have been. She kept us informed and prepared us well for the process. Her prompt responses to our questions and engaging manner made it a pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend her.”"

"• To anyone looking to sell their home, we highly recommend Vicki Hibbert. We initially chose to work with Vicki as she is one of a few certified home stagers in the area, a value-added service she provides to her clients. From the beginning she helped us decide how to best arrange our home for the greatest range of appeal; and, she saved us thousands of dollars by helping us discern which home improvements truly needed to be made vs. which ones we thought were important. Then, her contacts saved us even more money by getting us the best prices on quality products and services. When we were ready to list our home, Vicki made sure we received maximum exposure, both online and in print advertising. Her aggressive approach to marketing our home coupled with her staging savvy resulted in a sale of our home that exceeded the average days on market in our neighborhood. We could not have been more pleased with the level of service and commitment to the quick sale of our home we received from Vicki. We have sold a number of homes in the past and place Vicki at the top of our agents' list! Thank you Vicki!""

I am fairly certain that a house at 18 & Cincinnati would be Edison. They moved the boundary line a few years ago and that has caused some confusion. To be absolutely sure check with the School District. - Tue May 20 2008, 07:07
A few months ago I sold a house for a couple that moved to Tulsa to go to Law school. I had sold her that house when she first came to town so it was fun for me to get to help them after she graduated. I can say that it worked out great for that couple and they even made a little money. That being said, do you have enough cash on hand for closing costs on a loan? Will you have cash on has to keep up the property while you are living there? If not you are better off renting, and I would love to talk to you about some rental homes we have available. If you do have the available cash on hand to purchase a home I'd love to talk to you about that too. - Tue Apr 22 2008, 08:04
