You may select any agent/REALTOR to show you the property. That is the benefit of the Multiple Listing System. I recommend you select an REALTOR to represent you and start with viewing this home. I also recommend that if your are financing that you become pre-qualified before actually looking at homes. Certain listings or homes for sale do not qualify for FHA or VA financing or even certain conventional loans depending on down payment. Also by selecting an experienced full time REALTOR you will save time and frustration and be properly represented. I would be pleased to speak with you regarding representation. As you know the commission is paid for by the seller.
