"After having bad luck finding a new home through another realtor, I paid a visit to a Keller Williams Kolb Road office. I had heard that the Keller Williams folks had much experience with foreclosure sales. I was hoping that a foreclosed home might be priced modestly enough for me to pay cash and avoid financing. This was important to me since I am retired and did not want to draw down my retirement funds too much, and I definitely did not want to be paying mortgage payment given my situation. I found that both Dick Clark and Cheryl Ledford (two members of a three-person team) were good listeners, and they showed me homes that closely met my personal needs and wants. Although they both made helpful comments about the homes they showed to me, I never felt pressured or pushed to buy something that didn't suit me. The other great thing about these folks is that they are extremely service oriented. They helped find a very competent and thorough inspector, got a bid on roof maintenance, and at my request they recommended workmen who could help me make some modifications and minor repairs. During the offer and counter offer procedure, they followed up with the sellers realtor at appropriate times. During closing they did much more follow-up, while keeping me informed of what was transpiring including when the owner bank sent the title to the wrong title company and when it was found again and forwarded to the correct title company. I got the feeling at each step, that Dick and Cheryl were my advocates."

"I purchased my first house in 1969. Since then I have purchased 14 additional properties, some for my family use and some for investment. I have met a great many real estate agents in that time. None of them equaled my experience with Dick Clark, the consummate professional real estate agent. Dick took the time to understand what I was looking for, and narrowed the search to just those properties that would appeal to me. He never wasted my time. He was incredibly good at teaching me about foreclosures. Some of the other 3 agents I tried working with in Tucson would only show me what they wanted to show. I noticed one of them only showed listings from her own agency. This was my first foreclosure and I was really surprised at the vast degree of difficulty that it took to make the deal. But Dick knew and handled all the details, bringing all the parties together to get it consummated. He handled all the details, explaining the process to me, and making me feel like I was in the hands of a true professional. Dick and his partners, Karen Clark and Cheryl Leford, make a terrific team. I am recommending them to myfriends for any real estate needs they have in Tucson. Dick, Jane and I love our new home and will always be grateful to you and your team for getting us through the process and making us feel like we were able to trust your skill and knowledge every step of the way."

"We were living in Maryland when in 2003 the decision was made to relocate to Southern Arizona. During a meeting break in Washington, DC a Raytheon Company Executive recommended Cheryl and Dick to us. Our home search experience with the Cheryl Ledford/Dick Clark team was flawless from start to finish. They listen carefully to understand in detail what we were looking for in our new home. We were shown several resale homes. Some of them we liked but did not have the desired East-West orientation. So they suggested and then took us to a new developing community. We were able to pick out a nice lot with a lovely view of the mountains and the desired orientation. "
