I do not know if there is a best service. It really will depend on the area that you are living in. I have heard good things about all of them -- Cox, Comcast, and Qwest. What is your definition of BEST. Is it speed, service or price. One factor for speed is how many costumers are using the system in the area. At this moment in time I use Qwest for the price and the ok speed. Plus comcast made me mad with the transfer fee they charged. - Tue Jun 5 2007, 08:17
