My house was on sale for last six months.

Hy Mr. Mccarthy: All Buyers I work with recieve an 8 page " Buyer Advisory " that gives a tremendous amount of contact information , web-sites and other possible concerns.
As far as if it is a good or desirable area?. That is personal to each individual Buyer and again, many concerns are addressed in what I mentioned previously. Good Morning, Kat: Thank you for your question but need to ask , what do you mean by "upper-level"?...higher priced or 2nd floored units ?
I am assuming, and my apologies in advance if incorrect, that you are speaking of higher priced condos relevant to high end golf courses.
I don't believe there is a pat answer or guarantee. Depending on what and when you are or have paid for the condo and what rents are commanded in the particular area of purchase, will dictate what rents and returns you will yield or possibly expect.. Is the condo going to be or is in an area of exclusivity for golfers or prime real estate in housing to begin with ?
The down market has surely affected everyone, but less those who are in a position of financial security, regardless of the market . Will you be renting to seasonal visitors to Tucson or permanent residents ?

Hy Frederick: Location, Location, Location, Frederick. I have been a Realtor, full time Professional for over 20 years and Key is Location. There will be variances, however, regardless,and personal preference by the Buyer for their own particular Lifestyle is very important as well, of course. Supply and demand are very relevant for any market , as well as the scarcity or abundance of a wanted or needed product or service and all markets are not identical by any means.
