I love mid Florida on the West coast. The Gulf is a warm 80 degrees or more in the summer time. We have not had a direct hit from hurricanes since the 1920's. The time to buy is now. I have a terrific listing, a townhome in Indian Rocks Beach. It is just one block to the beach!! What makes this property unique is that it is in a small community of only four townhomes. This is the developer's end unit. The townhome was built in 1992. It has three bedrooms, two baths, 1700 square feet, skylight, a two car over-sized garage, fireplace, bamboo wood flooring. The maintenance fees are a low $200 per month. You do not have any pet size limits and you can rent it out with a seven day minimum. This priced according to today's market at $299,00.
