This home sold last year as a for sale by owner for just under $250,000. It was a great house, but on a very small lot with very close neighbors. The subsequent owner has had to do quite a bit of work on the property since he acquired it. I own a firm centered in Grayling and about 85% of our sales is riverfront. A tremendous amount of that is on The AuSable and Manistee Rivers. Our website was built as a resource for those looking for waterfront properties in this area. You may want to check it out next time your online. http://www.homewaters.net is the address and I'm sure you'll find it incredibly easy to use and provides very accurate and detailed information. We populate it from four different boards of real estate, so you'll get not just our inventory, but that of every participating broker. Please let me know if I can be of help.
