I'll assume you mean better neighborhoods=amenities ,schools,benefits ,and overall quality. Definetely I would buy on Barcelona Drive. I took in to consideraton resale value ,you should always see it as an investment even though you are living in it . Barcelona has four active houses on market ranging from $315k thru 399k and the average sqft on these is 2700sqft. De bord has 2 active 1 pending prices from $247k thru 305k. Barcelona from history activity showed much faster sales and demand back in the hay day 2004-2006 so I go with Barcelona. Also Barcelona drive residents will have the choice of the new High School being built .
