Hi Dc,

I'll assume you mean better neighborhoods=amenities ,schools, benefits ,and overall quality. Definetely I would buy on Barcelona Drive. I took in to consideraton resale value ,you should always see it as an investment even though you are living in it . Barcelona has four active houses on market ranging from $315k thru 399k and the average sqft on these is 2700sqft. De bord has 2 active 1 pending prices from $247k thru 305k. Barcelona from history activity showed much faster sales and demand back in the hay day 2004-2006 so I go with Barcelona. Also Barcelona drive residents will have the choice of the new High School being built . Anyways Im a local Tracy Home Specialist Realtor with Keller Williams Realty if you havent found an agent to write the offer email me on my current clients special assistance program now thru October. Good luck and God bless .

sincerely,
Al Mora

Hi Angela ,
Looks like the previous answers on your questions have been answered already. Private schools in area are limited one being built currently not to far from the Fair Oaks Community. The others are closer to the downtown area about 2.5 miles from (FOR) and a Raleys market is planned near by . If I personally was buying in that community I would look at the vacant lots first and built residence to my spec and wants again still need community HOA approval on design and spec but right now you can build and get a great deal. A lot of idle home contractors out there. :) Anyways I currently know of a 1 acre lot going foreclosure for about the 250k range WOW .Let me know if you want info on it . God Bless
