History:

Based in Tracy the the gateway to the central valley, Bill Barringer and his team have served San Joaquin counties real estate needs for more than 25 years. Bill Barringer:

Bill has been a Realtor since 1986. In that short period of time he has placed himself in the TOP 1% for CENTURY 21 sales and buyers services nationwide. You can be sure you will receive the highest professional and down-to-earth person-to-person attention by using Bill and Pat's services.

Bill started his realty career in San Mateo and in 1992 moved his family to Tracy because of the wonderful community that Tracy offers. The relaxed atmosphere, great schools, many churches that the people of Tracy support, close access to places like Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, the coast, great fishing in nearby lakes and streams, and the wine country were also some of his and Pat's reasons for moving.

Pat joined Bill in the business in 1995 and the Barringer Team was born! Pat especially enjoys the buyers side of the business. Prior to working with Bill, Pat ran a successful home based business selling educational toys for 10 years. This allowed her to keep up the house hold for their growing sons, Brian and Steven. Pat's hobbies are painting and crocheting in her spare time and she loves to get away with Bill to their hide away in Twain Harte.
