Kevin Warren

Kevin was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. Kevin has always been a family man. He has one younger brother who is currently studying at Ohio University getting his P.H.D in Psychology. For high school Kevin attended St. John’s Jesuit and then moved on to the University of Toledo where he received his Bachelors degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

In 2006 Kevin married Stacy Ehrmin. Stacy attended Notre Dame and was a nationally recognized soccer player. Stacy now works as a home remodeler for her father’s company “The Ehrmin Company”. Stacy and Kevin bought their first home in 2007 in Maumee where they currently reside.

Real Estate has always been in Kevin’s blood. His father, Jim Warren, has been a rough carpenter/builder for the past 30 years. In 2001 Kevin went to work for his father learning the ins and outs of the New Construction Trade. Feeling the desire to begin a life in real estate, Kevin decided to get his real estate license in the state of Ohio.

In 2006, Kevin began his real estate career. Of course he did not know that he was entering into to the profession at a time when the nation felt that the real estate bubble had just burst. Never being one to give up on anything Kevin gave it his all. In 2007 Kevin was able to sell more than $6.5 million dollars of real estate, placing him 7th overall out of 350 Realtors in the Danberry Company and in the top 50 overall out of over 1,200 realtors on the Toledo area.
