Cara - I would have your lender give you good faith estimates all three ways (FHA, VA & Conventional) to see which works out to the best terms for you. Good question, especially in this market. The best way to answer that is to give you a snap shot of the Perrysburg area. It's a rough look, because real estate is very property specific and I don't know much about your real estate goals.
