Are VA or FHA loans more beneficial for the buyer?

Cara - I would have your lender give you good faith estimates all three ways (FHA, VA & Conventional) to see which works out to the best terms for you. Also keep in mind that some sellers are willing to pay closing costs for you. If you have further questions or would like to work with a full time Realtor (free of charge), give me a call.

how is the realestate market in 43551 zip code. Are the houses selling fast and how long are they on the?

Good question, especially in this market. The best way to answer that is to give you a snap shot of the Perrysburg area. It's a rough look, because real estate is very property specific and I don't know much about your real estate goals. Here are the rough numbers for Perrysburg and if you have further questions or would like more specific answers, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Last 3 months:
122 sales, average days on market - 132

Currently:
51 sales pending, average days on market - 90
8 sales contingent, average days on market - 130
282 active listings, average days on market - 128
