Testimonials
"Chad Conner was our REALTOR for a year from around November of 2006 to October of 2007. He handled both the sale of our old house in Melbourne and the purchase of our new home in Mims. He was patient, punctual, and thoroughly professional in all areas. For such a young man, he showed a professional maturity that belied his age. All in all, he did a great job for us and we would not hesitate to call on him again in the future."

Karena,

I don't know if you are still interested in putting your home on the market or not, but here is some information...Throughout Brevard County in April, 2008 we had the most residential home sales August 2007. We have the least amount of inventory since December 2006 and the prices are leveling off from what we can see. The phones are starting to ring again and the emails are coming in. We are seeing more activity and buyers that are willing to make offers. As for the best time to put your home on the market I feel that there is no one time better than another. You never know when the right buyer with the capability of purchasing yoru home is going to be shopping.

I hope you found this information to be useful. - Thu May 8 2008, 08:50

have values declined in this area since 2006

Chad Conner answered:
House values have declined in the Mims area since 2006. There are now single family residences that can be purchased for under $100,000. Depending on the location of the property in Mims will determine how much the property has decreased in values. The sales have been slow in Mims but they are begging to pick back up! We are seeing that prices are beggining to level and the phones calls/emails are starting to come back. - Thu May 8 2008, 08:42
