How easy it to get around Tiburon with public transportation (buses, trains, subways, etc)?

Yes, some people live in this city without a car. There are walking paths and bus transportation. During commute hours there are buses that shuttle to the ferry. There is bus and ferry service to San Francisco. Other points in Marin county ar reachable with connecting bus service. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51

The Reed School district Middle school has received the highest state designation of California Distinguished Schools'. The parents of students in the entire Reed School District are extremely involved in the curriculum and in fund raising events to furnish even more programs to the students above and beyond what they already have. How are the parks and recreational areas in Tiburon?

Tiburon has a well known bike, running and walking path along the waterfront. There is a dog park, tennis courts for all homeowners, as well as two private tennis clubs, one with a pool and two yacht clubs. Sailing is a big attraction within the community. There are 3 supermarkets within the city limits as well as proximity to other gourmet and organic supermarkets within a driving distance of 5 - 7 minutes. While the farmers market is not active within the city limits, it is within driving distance of about 5 minutes. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
