About Me
I am a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas as well as a member of the Houston, Texas and National Association of Realtors. On top of that I pride myself in having the designation of EcoBroker. With this knowledge I can help my buyers find homes in the Spring and Woodlands TX Area that promote healthier Indoor Air Quality, Energy Efficiency to save your pocketbook each month or even GREEN Homes in the Houston area. This also gives me an edge on Marketing for my Sellers in a different way. By using tools such as Energy Ratings and Energy Efficient Mortgages I can attract buyers in multiple ways.

If you are considering Buying or Selling in the Spring or Woodlands TX area I invite you to read through My BLOG as it contains many helpful hints and insight as to how I handle my business. If you are moving from Out of State I would be more than happy to send you a personalized packet of information pertaining to the area.

Need some feedback from those Seasoned Realtors!

Stephanie Edwards-Musa answered:
Hey Trish...and Chris. :) I think it is a great idea. Corporate housing is outrageous right now. I have a few clients wanting furnished-reasonably priced rentals. Go for it!! and if you want...let me know if you have any available.

I think this is a great idea in College Station too!! - Mon Apr 14 2008, 09:38

Hi MJ,

I'm filtering through some of my old articles to see if there is anything else that may help you out..here are a couple:

The other questions you ask are very specific to what you want in a home vs. the price you are looking at. Your wish list may feel unrealistic right now, but if you put it all on paper from most important to what you could possibly live without, it would probably put it all in to perspective and make it a little easier. - Sun Mar 2 2008, 15:40
Hi MJ, Buying a home can definitely be frustrating..but as a Realtor we do everything possible to make it a smooth transaction. These are all fantastic questions that I would be more than happy to answer..but it would take up a lot of room. :) Here is an article that I wrote a while back that has helped several clients. Let me know if it helps a little..

What part of town are you looking in? - Sun Mar 2 2008, 13:50

Where can I find information on Houston Area builders?

Stephanie Edwards-Musa answered:
Hi Nicole, I have some clients that just built with Meritage and they gave them a perfect rating on the post build survey. The Texas Residential Construction Commission is also a good place to look for information. ...I have posted the website below. Good Luck! - Sun Mar 2 2008, 15:18
