Marcy, the market is going to continue to drop according to the to the news. If you live in it and dont have to move keep if for when the market gets better. I dont think the market is going to be what it was before. If the property is vacant is costing you money and you are paying mortgage, Insurance, HOA fees, etc. which in turn can be more costly.
