If the owners are foreign, they obviously bought the lots for investment or they may have a relative or relatives in the area. They will most likely want a premium price for the property. You should check to see what other lots in the area have sold for recently and make sure you do not reveal that you have relatives in the area. where is little chicago area in hot springs?

Texarkana Texas and Arkansas is near Hot Springs and has had the label of being called Little Chicago.
There are still some that wonder if Texarkana has influences from organized criminal elements. During WWII, Texarkana was a stop off point for soldiers who got off the train and visited brothels in the downtown area known as the sand flats. - Mon Nov 19 2007, 10:00
