Banks are very tricky and powerful, I have not had that happen, although, they did request the buyer to come to the table with more money, which to me Is changing the price of the house. When you say a binder , is that the same as a contract?? Good luck on that one.

Have you purchased, I have a great zero lot in Germantown, Not close to the tracks, at least not on them!! haha, anywhere in Germantown, is close but this condo is really not that close. Would love to assist you in your decision! Recently sold a home in this area, young couple with two dogs, big dogs, they love this area of Germantown, off poplar, close to International Paper. Hope you have fun looking !

You ask a great question, yet I do agree with the last agent , he has summoned it beautifully, the homes in GERMANTOWN, TENNESSEE are still selling, agree more days on market, but people are still getting married , having babies and needing more room!! It is sometimes a necessary move, but a lot is just that wonderful AMERICAN DREAM!!-HOME OWNERSHIP!!- Germantown is experiencing longer days on market, approx. 100 , but they are still selling. If you are still interested in the one off Johnson, I would be glad to take an offer in for you. That Unknown price the bank will take is just an offer away!! Let's do it!! The research required is detailed and at least 2 -3 hours of our time to advise you the right price! in the less time for us both!-that is where the Seller pays for the Buyer's Agent (on an average)and the work an agent puts into the showing, the researching the processing of the offer/contract and all the things inbetween the actual sale and up to closing. Thanks for you time -Let's go write that offer!

This is all dependent on your price range! -I could send you some information if you like, just let me know, Most of Collierville is pricey, bec. it is newer, Germantown has all ranges! the older is less, the newer is more!
