what is the price of the home at 1053E. Carla Vista Ct. Gilbert,Az

I am the actual listing agent on that home. Yes, the price is currently $535,000 which is about $60,000 less than comparable properties in that area with like to like homes. My client is actually moving this weekend and very motivated to sell. they are the original owners of the home and have a lot of nice upgrades in the home. May I ask how you found the home as it is not posted on Trulia? Either a search can be set up for you, or you can go directly to my website listed below and do your own search and put that criteria in. It is really easy. Tom: Depending on your price range and travel distance we have beautiful views from several areas of our gorgeous city. In Gold Canyon for instance you can be at the base of the Mountain, Ahwautkee the same.
