The combination helps me both in promoting listings effectively and having an eye for the little changes that can make a home show itself in the best light. Jesse, Old time Realtors who have been working in this profession longer than my 13 years are the first to say that good and bad times in Real Estate always cycle. Right now we are in a pricing slump, but compared to 20 years ago interest rates are great and for buyers there are lots of options available, a few years ago the buyers were in the opposite boat, higher prices and little inventory. This will flip again one day and if you don't have to move right now, just hold on and wait things out. I believe that once we get past all these foreclosures the market will level out again and then begin to repair and rise. There were a few years of crazy loans and the fallout has been seen in the many repossessed homes that average sellers simply cannot compete with pricewise. - Tue May 20 2008, 14:52
