I am a passionate, dedicated mortgage consultant with AmeriFirst Home Mortgage. For the past three amazing years I have been helping borrowers realize I am a passionate, dedicated mortgage consultant with AmeriFirst Home Mortgage. For the past three amazing years I have been helping borrowers realize the benefits of home ownership. My motivated team of professionals work out of our offices in sunny Tampa, Florida.

My business works By Referral Only. Because of 90% of my business comes from referrals from past clients, strategic alliances, friends and family members, each customer is very important to me. With my business driven from referrals, I have the time to dedicate 100% of my energy toward serving my cliens. This focused approach has provided me with the time to evaluate my education and experience, so I can guarantee a fully professional level of service to you.

As a result, my valued customers, suppliers and friends refer their family members, coworkers, neighbors and other people they know to me for advice and consulting services.

My goal is to build strong, lifelong relationships, one person at a time.

My team consists of a great group of committed professionals! For my customers, we have a personal loan coordinator, an in-house underwriter, in house closing and funding!

Because we are both a direct lender and a broker; What this means to you is we have a wide range of products available. I can compete with banks on A product rates and costs as well as providing great products to credit challenged borrowers.

My background is very diverse. I have a flexible personality, so I can hold the hand of a first time homebuyer or appreciate the busy schedule of a CEO. Whatever the need, I can meet it!

We are licensed in many states. My personal expertise is in Florida and Michigan.

I am a Xinnix Certified Originator, which means I have the equivalent of a PhD in Mortgage Lending. I was Valedictorian of my Xinnix Academy Class and was also awared the Xinnix Award. This is an award that the rest of the academy votes on. They ask..."Who would you feel most comfortable sending your friend or family member to for a loan". I have held that with the highest regard...what an honor!

If you are single and looking in South Tampa, Hyde Park is a hot spot. The benefit is the close proximity to restaurants, bars, shopping and downtown. The area of Hyde park has a "young" feel and it is common to people out walking, dining and shopping all the time!
