Comments about the Wesley Chapel area and Country Walk.

Hi John:
I will start with Wesley Chapel; it is a diverse community with numerous subdivisions that offer a variety of homes and life styles as most of the areas surrounding Tampa do. You might want to expand your search to some of the other areas as well, you have Wesley Chapel which is where Country Walk is along with dozens of other communities, Go a little west and you have Lutz, and Land o Lakes which are due north of Tampa and offer the same type homes and like subdivisions. A little west is Carrollwood and Odessa areas. All are just as close if not closer to Tampa. I have lived here with my family for 32 years and favor the Lutz area as well as Land o Lakes, much shorter time to get into town and offer so much as well. I find that prices through out all the areas are comparable along with the homes. I do not live in a subdivision, as this is our preference. (Some HOA can be challenging) Be Aware Country walk does have an HOA fee also some of the homes have a monthly maintenace fee and some also have a CDD fee added into you taxes, not all they vary. It goes for most subdivision. In some places you get allot of extra features for the extra cost. Do your homework and I do believe you will find Tampa Bay is an excellent place to call home.
