South Tampa is ideal with regards to proximity of the base. But if you want more living area for the money and a gated subdivision you should consider Brandon, Riverview, or Carrollwood. Carrollwood is slighlty older but provides plenty of rental properties and central locality. All of these are great suggestions......Cant say I would rely to much on Zillow but some find it usefull. The most accurate and reliable way of determining the market value of your home is to simply pay and appraiser to perform an appraisal. - Thu Jun 19 2008, 07:08
