I can only think that your first choice of a realtor is like none I know. My standard procedure for out of town folks is to spend a few hours with you to develop a profile of your vision of your next home. Then develop of geographic plan based on your preference. Instead of sending you data I review all available homes with you IN PERSON. Then we can make a plan to vist your choices. And so on and so on until you feel good about your choices.
