About Me

I grew up in Pensacola, Florida, in the Florida Panhandle, and earned my B.A. degree from The University of West Florida. I moved to Tallahassee, Florida, in 1994, studied at Florida State University, and earned my MA degree. I have a background in foreign language education, customer service, technology helpdesk, and real estate investing and real estate sales. I have been in real estate sales since 2004.
The housing type that I am most comfortable with is the all-American Ranch Style home, since I grew up in that kind of home and appreciate how ranch styles homes offer a strong structure, simplicity and often, harmony with the local environment, as well as the use of local materials.

Tallahassee has many interesing neighborhoods, some with traditional ranch style homes, others with contemporary eclectic, cape cods, colonials, or traditionals. I can tell you the typical price ranges and architectural types in the various neighborhoods, and zones in Leon County, including Tallahassee.
