Hey Kitten:
I am ex-Army myself and I was curious if you plan on using the USAA relocation benefits package? It can save you alot of money. - Thu Apr 24 2008, 13:53

You have received some good input thus far. The bottom line on this is ..... it depends. The appliances in your home should fit-in with the buyers' expectations of such a home. I would recommend speaking with a top real estate company to give you the specific advice that you seek. - Sat Apr 19 2008, 19:14
The best way to find foreclosures is to check the Lis Pendens filings. This usually occurs 90+ days before the foreclosure is final, so you can basically get a jump on the process. The most current list is posted at the web site below. - Sat Apr 19 2008, 19:11
Holly, I am not a Realtor in that area, but I have quite a few inlaws who live around there. I really think you ought to restate your question because homes will always be selling in Fort Lauderdale. I believe your real question is "What homes are selling in Fort Lauderdale and is there a specific niche that might be a really good buy right now?" That is what I am focusing on in the Tallahassee Real Estate Market. There will always be good buys for savvy investors (even if you are moving in to the home, you are still an investor).
Good Luck! - Wed Apr 9 2008, 07:08
