Is this property, or do you have any others close to FSU that can be rented out?

This particular listing has already sold, but there are a ton of opportunities around campus for an invetment property that can be rented out. Are you looking for a rental for yourself, or an investment property to purchase?

Is there typically a surge in listings at some point after the holidays or is it slow until spring?

Great question! I've noticed that ALL activity, buying and selling, picks up around mid January. The bulk of the activity for the entire year, however, is always in the summer. At least in this Tallahassee market. - Thu Dec 13 2007, 15:37
