When doing your homework prior to making an offer to the seller, isn't in the buyers best interest to compare?

Why is Florida now considered a declining market, when not all cities are truly declining?

When statistics are done on a state to judge whether it's declining this is done as a whole. Tallahassee is not declining. Unfortunately we are being put in the same category as the rest of Florida.
