we are looking at buying a condo at 865 carlisle way,sunnyvale ca 94087, listed at 599K. is it a good buy?

There are 2 units in that complex that are currently for sale. Both are listed for the same price. Since they have been on the market 39 and 50 days respectively, I would say you could negotiate the price and/or terms. You should contact your real estate professional to handle tis for you.

Interests
Born in Ireland, Mary arrived in the US as a newlywed in 1965. She is the mother of three children and grandmother to two boys and three girls. Family is very important to Mary and her husband of over 40 years and they spend as much time together as they can. Mary was always very involved in the schools when her children were going through the system, and made education a top priority. She was a member of site councils for both Cumberland Elementary and Fremont High schools. She also spent many years on advisory councils to the Sunnyvale School District, where her teaching background was very useful.
Her main interests are developing marketing materials for RE professionals, reading, sewing and gardening.
